Gizzard Salad

Chicken gizzards, green peppers, tomatoes and onions gently tossed in a light vinaigrette dressing. 

Avocado & Shrimp

Shrimp, avocado, tomato, onions and lettuce immersed in a light mayonnaise dressing.

Tuna, tomatoes, black olives, onions in a light balsamic vinaigrette

A mixture of raw and ripe plantains cooked with chicken  and a mixture of veggies.

Grilled Croaker/Red Snapper/Mackerel or Tilapia seasoned with various spices

Roasted Goat

Goat seasoned and slowly roasted with traditional black pepper, onions and garlic 

Shrimp/fish/beef/Chicken in a cream sauce

Meat or seafood of choice sauteed in white white wine, heavy whipping cream, garlic and peppers.

Chicken marinated with curry spice and cooked in a light cream sauce

Beef tripe in a green pepper sauce
